Shipping policy

Where do you ship?

For now, we ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped. This includes orders placed with express shipping. 

What are the shipping rates?

We offer free economy shipping (5-8 business days) for orders over $29. For orders under $29, there's a flat $5 shipping fee for economy shipping.

For express shipping (1-2 business days), an additional $10 flat fee is applied per order.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your order tracking number. Please use that number to track your package until it reaches your door.

Why is my package delayed?

Sometimes your package may be delayed - these mostly clear within a day or two. If you think your package is lost, please get in touch with us at orders@sundogpets.us.

My package says it has arrived but is not with me.

If your package is labeled "delivered" by the carrier but it appears to be lost or stolen, please email us at orders@sundogpets.us. Once the package is delivered, we assume no responsibility for the package. As such, we will assess each missing order on a case-by-case basis.
