We offer a variety of convenient payment methods to make your shopping experience seamless. Sundogs accepts major credit cards, including:

We also offer payment options such as:

How long will it take for my Order to Arrive??

It takes 2-4 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped. This includes orders placed with express shipping. 

We offer free economy shipping (5-8 business days) for orders over $50. For orders under $50, there's a flat $10 shipping fee for economy shipping.

For express shipping (1-2 business days), an additional flat fee is applied per order.


How Do I Track My Order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your order tracking number. Please use that number to track your package until it reaches your door.

Sometimes your package may be delayed - these mostly clear within a day or two. If you think your package is lost, please get in touch with us at orders@sundogpets.us.


What is your Return Policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging and has tags on it.
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
